Join us for an immersive 18th-century garden party celebrating Flowers and Fashion at the Governor’s Palace. Welcomed by their host Mr. Thomas Jefferson, guests will enjoy the frivolities of May with libations, traditional music, dancing, and theatrics. Highlights include a most fashionable musical presentation inspired by artist Jean-Honoré Fragonard’s Rococo masterpiece, The Swing, culminating in a grand display of fireworks. All guests are encouraged to wear 18th-century attire and walk the Palace Green carpet prior to entry.

Costumes and accessories available for purchase at Tarpley, Thompson & Company.  Rentals are available at William Pitt Store.  Must be at least 21 years old to attend.  A sampling of Virginia wines shall be provided by the Williamsburg Winery.

COSTUMES
